Ordering

 

How do I place an order?

Simply add your favourite stationery items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@stationeryheaven.nl.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. Creating an account does make it easier to view your order history and save your details for future purchases.


Shipping

 

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from The Netherlands.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight, size and destination of your order. The exact shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount, depending on the destination country.

For the latest free shipping offers, thresholds and shipping information, please check the Shipping page on our website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide from The Netherlands.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the United States due to ongoing tariff and customs regulations.

Will I receive tracking information?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided when applicable.


Gifts

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we'd be happy to gift wrap your order for you! Simply leave a note in the comments field during checkout letting us know that your order is a gift.

If you would like us to include a personal message, please write the text you'd like on a card in the comments field as well.

Sending your gift directly to the recipient? When you enter a different shipping address from the billing address during checkout, you'll also have the option to add a personal message for the recipient.

We love helping make your gift extra special! ?

Can I send an order directly to someone else?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address during checkout. You can also add a personal message for the recipient, and we'll make sure your gift is sent with care.


Products

 

Are the colours of the products exactly the same as shown on screen?

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Many popular items are restocked when possible, but this depends on availability from the artist, publisher or supplier. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for a specific item.

Can I request a product to be restocked?

Of course! If there's a product you'd love to see back in stock, please send us an email. While we can't guarantee every item can be reordered, we're always happy to check with our suppliers.

Do you sell official products?

Yes, all products sold by Stationery Heaven are sourced directly from artists, publishers, distributors and trusted suppliers.


Problems with an Order

 

What should I do if something is missing from my order?

We're sorry if your order is incomplete.

If you notice that an item is missing from your package, please contact us at info@stationeryheaven.nl and include your order number. We will look into it as quickly as possible and help resolve the issue.

We carefully check every order before shipping, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If we've made an error, we'll do our best to make it right as soon as possible.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're very sorry to hear that.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.


Returns & Refunds

 

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the applicable return period and we will help you with the return process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days before the refund appears in your account.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country.

Is shopping on your website secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment providers to ensure your personal and payment information remains protected.
